Explore your options for tomorrow’s success

Mergers & Acquisitions are a comprehensive interdisciplinary challenge, typically involving engineers, economists, and legal experts.

The Vienna University of Technology follows with its postgraduate University Course “Essentials of Mergers & Acquisitions for Practitioners” exactly this interdisciplinary approach.

As a on the job programme this course communicates professional expertise in the field of Managerial Economics, Competition and Strategy, Law and Taxes as well as in M&A processes and projects for 6 months. In the context of the course international experts on the one hand teach theoretical knowledge and on the other hand give insight into the actual realization of M&A processes.

Of special importance are the analysis of already finalized M&A projects and the definition of a new project, where the students are invited to develop and place their individual ideas.

On November 14, 2013 the postgraduate University Course “Essentials of Mergers & Acquisitions for Practitioners” will start for the first time.

This Program lasts 6 months (24 days of lecture), is organized part-time in modules and takes place in Vienna.
Regarding the international target group the whole program will be held in English. The requirements for this program are an academic degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Applications for the program are accepted until September 30, 2013.

Special Offer: Alumni of this program can upgrade to the General Management MBA.
